Imlay Township Burn Permit

Click on the link below. This will take you to a website where you will select "Imlay Township". The next page will tell you all the fire permit rules and the local ordinance. On this page, select the appropriate check box next to "I agree to the terms", then select "Next". The following page will ask for the information from the requestor and the address for which the burn permit will be issued. When you have completed the form select "Submit" and a Burn Permit will be issued.
